3. Single lip can withstand 1.5Mpa, double lips can withstand a larger pressure of 3Mpa, and the rubber oil seal is only 0.03 Mpa; especially suitable for high-speed rotation
Application, the line speed can reach 30m/s; it can work normally in the temperature range of -120ºC~220ºC.
4. The PTFE stainless steel oil seal lip is drawn into a trumpet shape during processing. Because PTFE has the ability of memory shrinkage after being drawn, the friction heat generated during work will cause the lip to shrink continuously, so it does not need the help of a spring. Hugging tightly on the shaft, so that there is no gap between it and the shaft surface, and it can compensate for wear.
